Request For Proposals For Portfolio Monitoring Services
The Norfolk County Retirement Board is seeking proposals from qualified law firms to provide portfolio monitoring services and any associated evaluation and counseling services which will be offered at no cost to the Board. Competitive sealed proposals are invited in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 32 s. 23B. The RFP is provided below. Submissions must be received by the Norfolk County Retirement Board, 480 Neponset Street, Building #15, Canton, MA 02021 by May 6, 2013 no later than 2:00 PM (“submission deadline”). Late proposals will be rejected.
